[GAMEPLAY] Poppy Ult CD

I noticed this when your playing poppy and she starts to charge up her ult if she gets, stun, snared,rooted. Her ult stops and goes on full CD. But as soon as you die it resets the CD to 0. I've noticed this when even living a good 10-20 seconds after the ult is on CD I died and the CD was reset to 0. (only if it gets interrupted).
