@Riot [Red][Client][Load Time Crash]

Since Patch 4.19 every time I open the league client it gets to the log-in page, I press log-in and my CPU usage caps out and my computer will freeze all processes for about 3-5 seconds. Then everything goes back to normal and the client opens but all the boxes are black. No matter how many times i open the client or end a game for the client to relaunch the homepage they remain black. Again this is ONLY since patch 4.19 hit.
