PBE client continiously disconnecting people and not letting them log back in until game is finished

Yup happening to me right now. Failed to Connect error, but clearly my internet is fine as a I'm still able to tell Rito that this sucks without them ever seeing this or replying.

Not to mention their awesome maintenance which occurs with no warning mid-game.

Why would you play on PBE? Seriously, they don't fix the most broken bugs like being invisible for 8 damned months, and hell, the balance team doesn't do jack-diddly-shit on there, remember Warlord's Bloodlust and how broken that was, being able to crit and heal on a 2 second cooldown?
