[Gameplay] Q, W, E, R occasionally won’t register when attempting to activate with keyboard

I have never seen this before until last night, where it happened twice in one game.

I am not entirely sure what triggers this bug but the hotkeys for champion abilities (Q, W, E, R) refuse to register in-game. Summoner spell interactions work just fine but not champion abilities. I am fairly certain it isn’t a keyboard issue since I can still type with those four letters. The only way to fix this rather annoying bug is to have your champion die where, upon reviving, I am able to activate champion abilities using the hotkeys normally.

This happened twice in a single game last night so you can imagine my (and my teams) frustration over this.
