[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q Bug (Stuck on secondary)

I was playing an ARAM and at about 16 min I cast my Q toward a Nunu and was spam clicking the secondary explode option. The barrel never appeared and my q was stuck on the secondary explode option for the rest of the game. We lost because of it......

(I was in a teamfight, and did not notice if I got knocked up or not. I also forgot to take a screenshot, sorry)

Anyone else had this problem?
