[WEBSITE] Region selector defaults to Brazil in Chrome

The login form seems to default to my region, North America, but when submitted actually submits the region code for Brazil, BR1. This is coincidentally the first option in the drop down. I was directed to post here by GRUFFALOWDOWN in response to my support ticket #30519040. I have been able to work around it by changing the region from NA, then back to NA again.
This only happens to me in Chrome. I cleared cookies/cache and still ran into this issue. I tried Edge and Firefox and did NOT have this issue.
