i just got put into a game as adc when i had my two choices as top and mid played the game but after the game i did not get auto protected on my que this is not the only time this has happened and it is really starting to annoy me. why have auto fill be mandatory but dont give auto fill protection if your forced into it
this has happened to me as well and its after i purposely fill and que support.
It doesn't appear to be giving it for Support or Fill either ATM, so it looks like they may have disabled it globally for some reason.
Been getting this for weeks now. Started for me the patch before the preseason patch. I have to full on reset my client multiple times for it to go "oh wait, right".
I was even getting autofill in my promo games. I got no response that wasn't automated from my ticket (it was literally generic file bug report response), no response from said bug report, no word from Riot, and my bug report thread was ignored and downvoted for some reason.

In the past this wad due to lack of variety in the current log of people playing. It's like this for a while for me as well. I think with this preseason and people kinda just all over they decided to just throw people wherever.
For record ive been putting fill and getting mid and bot and jungle so whatever lol
I swear to God that I am the most lucky person ever when it comes to auto fill. Every time it happens someone who is not me dodges. And I dont even pick shit like riven support. Last time I picked karma support and someone else dodges.

This just happened to me too. Autofilled ADC and no one would swap so I went 0/7.
