Twitch Semi-Perma Stealth Bug

I was playing a normal game of ARAM as Twitch when suddenly after a quick Q->W->R->E combo, I managed to stay semi-permanently stealthed until I repressed the Q button again... It was hilarious how people only saw my autos and clicked to attack where I was supposed to be.
