New to forums, [client]/[crash]

Hey Forums,

I just queue for a ranked match, excited for the new ranked season, and just after hitting the accept button my client goes dark. I guess all other players readied, and I received a totally blank client. Immediately after hitting the "Accept" button, I heard the sound effects of the ban/pick screen- I was the first ban so when I didn't ban a champ (due to the client crashing with the spinning clock of death over a blank screen) received a Time Penalty for abandoning the game- as well as whatever other "rank placement" status this effects.

Just wondering if this is a known issue. If this has been previously observed. Etc.
