Glitch in Champ Select

I have tried 3 times in a row to play a ranked game and each time my screen has gone dull and faded when I come into champion select and it does not allow me to click on anything in the league of legends page, each time I have tried re logging, restarting computer, checking wifi, etc. and it continues to do it so please help fix the champion select, and also please don't change the server without trying it on PBE first it ruins the gameplay

Same problem except i only do Blind Picks (2 pr0 for Ranked), i restarted the client and i got into a match just fine, then it gave me the dim screen twice in a row. All three of the times the game somehow got cancelled and i got put back into queue hard to believe im just lucky to be able to so conveniently avoid penalties, I'd imagine someone else took the fall :/
