Keybindings Failing

so i am playing my 2nd game today, and both games my key bindings fail: they simply dont work. i have tried restarting several times, and it never works. im pretty useless with any champ without keybindings. Also, none of the other keys related to letters have any effect. Enter, Tab, Alt - numbers works. Only letter keys fail to work. if i hit enter to chat, i CAN TYPE just fine.

step 1) start any type of game step 2) upgrade 1st ability step 3) try to use (QWER) key associated with that ability (or any other letter shortcut key) step 4) realize that your life is over because you are useless without keybindings

i hope this is a temporary bug, but its pretty fucking detrimental. i cant even play against bots with this. will be back to league when i can play the game with key bindings.
