[Client Store Gifting Center not loading]

Just like the title says, the gifting center is not working after Rek'Sai was released. I have many friends that play this game and they are all getting the same issue. Clicking the gifting center tab produces just a navy blue screen in the client. You can still click the other tabs, but the gifting center just refuses to work. Tried relogging league, restarting computer, and nothing seems to work. Riot please fix this.
