Can buy skin for champ I don't own (Dunkmaster Darius, Battlecast Alpha Skarner)

[Patched after reporting]

In the 'Skins' store screen, I can buy Battleskarny Alphamobster even though I do not own Skarner. I cannot buy any of his other skins. They say "requires champion" while Battlecast Alpha does not. For Darius, Dunkmaster also says that I can buy it despite not having the champ. On the champ specific skin screens, these skins still prompt me to buy the champion first. But on the Skins store screen I can get to checkout with them.

I will only try actually buying it (to see if it's just a visual bug) if I get substantial free RP ;>

Legendaries like Blackfrost Anivia and Gatekeeper Galio are properly locked to me.

(In case it matters, my account used to own Darius and Dunkmaster Darius more than a year ago)

You shouldn't be able to purchase a skin if you do not own the champion who uses it, but in the case of Dunkmaster Darius, it's possible the client might still think you own him.

Hey glkz! Happy Snowdown!

In order to purchase a skin, you'll need to own the champion. If a champion is on free week rotation, you won't be able to purchase a skin for them.

Would you mind attaching a couple screenshots?

Thanks!

Today the same happend to me, some skins of champs I don't own shown in shop and out of curiosity I've bought Blood Moon Kalista. Since I don't own Kalista I supposed it wouldn't let me. Boy I was wrong, now I have a skin for Kalista but can't play it, since I don't own her. Heh. Can use it only this week since it's free.
