Here you see Tristana being stunned by Poppy but she still manages to use her W while stunned. Is this intentional or a bug?

You can cast a mobility spell right as CC hits you. While it is in the middle of the animation, it does not get cancelled by crowd control. The result is that the mobility goes through, but the CC still hits.

Cast time animation. She timed it before she got stunned it'll still go off. Same with Ezreal E, and Urgot E and things with those longer animations.
