The game client doesn't seem to load after the game starts halp

Hi.

I've been unable to play a single League game, whether it is normal, ranked, custom, training, etc.

I had finished a Windows update the 2 days before it started to happen, and i'm really upset that suddenly I can't play League in any way at all. So, what happens is that everything is fine until the game starts. When the game starts, the game client, and also the old League logo does not open at all, and the reconnect button from the League client(not the game one) pops up. If i press the reconnect button, the client shrinks down, but nothing else happens and the client pops up again with the reconnect button. I pressed countless amounts of times, and nothing would change.

I first discovered this when I tried to play a game of URF with my friend on the PBE. The game client wouldn't open, so I later tried other clients and different regions, but they were all the same and I couldn't play a single match on my laptop. I had to go over to my friend's house to play a few matches. Please help with problem ASAP.
