[GAMEPLAY] Anivia's chill gets cancelled by itself

I noticed this in a game just now, because it blatantly was the bug I kept imagining was happening; the scuttle is right in the middle of the ult, doesn't move outside of it, and I throw the E after the ult was placed.

It looks like there's a problem with the chill from the Q and R overlapping, where the Q chill ending temporarily stops the R chill.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Damage an enemy with Q
  2. Follow up with R (this is where I don't know the exact reproduction; it seems you need specific timing because it doesn't happen every time)
  3. Attempt to get a double damage E while the Chilled debuff has disappeared.

The frequency isn't very high since the timing doesn't always line up, but it's happened often enough for me to notice this multiple times in the last couple of weeks. I'd say it's a big issue considering how much damage you lose out on in this scenario.

Didn't they change her ult to no longer instantly apply the slow?

There's also a bug with her wall and flash and blink/dash champs that will allow them to walk through it if their flash is short just right. Fizz and Jax sometimes just get to walk through it like it's not even there. I had a Janna flash and walk through it near red wolves two nights ago.

Tali's ult wall has the same problem at certain points on the map. People just walk right through it sometimes, and both times I saw it last night was around the left side of wolves (1st time on left side of red wolves), the 2nd time I could've cancelled it early but it was somewhere between blue side blue buff and blue wolves.

And rarely it's possible to lock someone in a wall for the duration of it being up. I've never seen it do it with a wall out in the open, but if the wall is touching terrain it can do that. I did that to a Mundo a few days ago. His w did not shorten the CC on that 5 second root. I'm not sure if it's because of the terrain being not perfectly smooth or something else. A couple of weeks ago I managed to stick a Xerath in a wall in the middle of the bottom lane with a tail of the wall where the other side of the wall was stuck in the remains of a blue side bot turret.

Their is also the bug where you stayed permanently as a egg. Or the bug that makes it seem like someone was on the wrong side of a wall when placed but then pop back onto the right side.

Scuttle Crab swag? Nawh just kidding. One thing you have to consider that their is a hidden debuff to scuttle where if he is stunned he takes more damage. So when you used ult you didn't actually stun it therefor not dealing nearly as much damage as before. :)

Sorry to hijack this thread But I gotta bring attention to this bug: (I have a separate post on this though)Xerath Xerath's ult won't fire and since very few people play him no one has noticed this isn't some small bug, his ult is completely useless when you press R all he does is root him self and stand there with the time bar going down, and no matter how I click, it won't fire a single shot, and there is no point in posting a image or a video because it just looks like I do not fire his ult because he does the rooting animation, but will not fire a single shot.
