Automatic champion load and matchmaking

At first this was a good thing but after reorganizing everything and then loading in without a skin, that i had to buy with my own money, frustrates me. I didn't buy a skin only to not have it load in. Get rid of the automatic load or have it so any skin that you play as the most loads in with the selected champ. Should not be that hard.

As for matchmaking there should be a specific lvl cap for any team having a lvl 30. No one under lvl 26 should have to face a team where there are lvl 30 opponents. It's next to impossible to kill specific champs when the account playing them is a lvl 30. Need to start fixing this matchmaking issue so that people aren't just tossed in with the first team that pops up that'll more likely be a team with a lvl 30 or even 3 that have been traveling as a team the entire time.
