[GAMEPLAY] Neeko with omni stone has many flaws

Hello I finished master last season with Neeko and there are 2 very huge problems with onmistone on her that I would like to make aware.

1. If Neeko uses her passive it still shows the omnistone rune making her passive completely useless
2. Neeko's clone doesn't show the omnistone rune making it very obvious as to which one is Neeko

I think Neeko might be one of the best champs in the game to use Omnistone so it saddens me that the rune completely makes all of her "trickster" plays irrelevant. I know that everytime you try to bug fix Neeko you break her and might be worried about touching her again but I think fixing these 2 changes will make Omnistone a much more viable rune on her.
