conqueror bugs out the death recap tool

When you look at the death recap after dying to someone with conqueror it almost always displays a random ability as doing only true damage. I've seen it on multiple characters so it's not just xin. it is very easy to get this bug. I would really love for Riot to redo the death recap tool to actually make it useful. It's the only thing that has barely been touched in this game since its release. Here's the image
