@Riot - Scuttle crab's healthbar taking 1-2 seconds to load. *Bug*

Lately, I have noticed that the scuttle crab's healthbar takes a second or two to appear when you walk by one. Usually this happens when I walk into a bush that has no vision by the river. If the scuttle crab is near, I can see it crawling for a second with no healthbar. This is annoying especially when an enemy is trying to kill it and it shows as no health but really it is 7/8th dead and I "could" have killed it if I knew.
