Skarner Flashing while Ulting!

Anyone else have this happen?

I really wish I was streaming this match or recording it. I understand Champion Skarner shouldn't be able to Flash while dragging another player along, but that appears to have been the case TWICE in a recent ranked match where I was dragged slowly and then suddenly a great distance away (into the enemy team's waiting clutches). There is a reason I ban Blitz every chance I get and this is it...but there's a Skarner workaround for unfair pulls.

Now, I could credit this to a number of things, but I decided to /all chat the Skarner and this is the exchange that made me suspicious that he was, in fact, (intentionally!) flashing while ulting:

"Me: Skarner should not be able to flash while dragging someone along.

Skarner player: Tuff shit."

I'm taking this as confirmation that this was, in fact, intentional (and possible)...the @riotsupport team asked me to post this here, and said they were unable to get Skarner to behave in this way, but asked if this was toward the end of his ult...in fact, yes. I was dragged a short distance before the flash happened. (again, this happened TWICE...in the one ranked match I played before posting this message).

Please investigate. We lost two team fights because of this, which lead to a loss. I don't mind losing, I mind losing when the mechanics are exploited.
