Darius's Fear Affects Aatrox After Aatrox Respawns from His Passive

Darius's ult has a fear that is supposed to only affect minions for a short duration after Darius kills someone with his ult. However, when Darius ults Aatrox while Aatrox's passive is still up the minions and Aatrox. This is a bug on two fronts. First: Aatrox isn't a minion, obviously. Second: Darius didn't actually kill Aatrox so he shouldn't get the fear bonus and he definitely shouldn't get the ult reset to just ult Aatrox again after he comes back from his passive.
