Duskblade of Draktharr Cooldown Reset

In the video, I killed a Riven thanks to both my zed ult and duskblade. But right after she died, the cool down on duskblade reset. I'm not sure if it was a visual bug or if it let me redo the proc, but it is a bug nonetheless.

It's not a bug. Getting a kill or an assist on the target before the "Nightfall" damage procs refreshes the cooldown.

If the target dies the cooldown is reset... #Balance.
