Ranked Restricted. Just lost a ranked game.

So somehow while doing my normal draft requirements for ranked -- in my last game I just lost 15 league points. Imagine my confusion when I'm currently ranked restricted for 8 more and I can't even queue up for it. This is all the more disappointing when we had a Sejuani who thought hilarious to change their mind about jungling at the last second and roam all game. We almost won until they got 6 dragons and 2 barons because we had no smite and they had two.

Anyway, how in the fuck did I queue normal draft and up in in a ranked match, huh riot?
