Ezreal Q bug?
At 19:51 Pobelter q's a minion and it does 0 damage. If that had hit victor and done nothing people would have freaked out. But still was pretty dumb.

I'm pretty sure this is a just a visual bug, possibly due to spectator mode, because if you notice shortly after Pobelter Q's the minion (and not having the HP bar drop), he kills the minion with just one auto attack, which is not possible.
