[CLIENT] Home Page uhh.. too big?

These pictures (they should be in order) are screenshots of what my client's Home page (y'know, the screen you see right after you log in) looks like scrolling from top to bottom. I can highlight the screen and words like "2015 season kickoff sale!2015 season kickoff sale!2015 season kickoff sale!" would be there.

I've tried closing the client and restarting the computer but this is what it looks like every time I log in. It does NOT affect any games I play though, though it would be nice to be able to see the Spectate button again.
