Having a hard time on my account: bugged
i cant access my purchase history and when i tried buying an armor pen tier 3 rune it wont let me, i click on the 'buy now' but it does not purchase it :/ help!

apparently i have 0 runes of this item and it wont let me purchase T_T
and no access to purchase history sucks, ive invested over 350 dollars in this account can i atleast get help?
