League Screensaver won't pause

That is all. Start a download, hit pause, it keeps on trucking. I downloaded all 1000, paused at 320, it's currently on 612 and climbing as I type this 11 minutes later. 627.... I checked Task Manager and sure enough, still hoggin up over half my bandwidth, which hurts pretty bad on a limited 3Mb connection.
