[GAMEPLAY] Vi R bug, rooted by Zyra Q

Encountered a bug today with Vi's R and Zyra's Q. She threw down her Q on me right around the same time I used my R, Which caused me to get rooted and the animation to go through without moving onto the target. There are four pictures linked. You can see from the pictures the ult animation starts but Zyra is able to freely walk away while Vi is stationary. The animation continues while Vi is moving around freely for a short period of time. I had a banshee's veil with the spell shield passive up at the time. You guys really made plants OP this season.
