Am I the only one with this issue

After 6.3 patch i tried to play ranked, i got through champ select but i could not connect to the game. After updating reinstalling and restarting my computer i still have the issue. This happens in the custom games i tested. I lost my lp for that ranked game too. I have no idea what to do.
