Take a look at these hacks from this Jayce player. I don't normally make efforts like posting something but this is clearly an example of a hacking player in the PBE. The luden's echo proc would not stop until the target was dead, not target-able or had nothing left for the little purple things to bounce to. What doesn't make sense is that other players in the game mimicked the build he had and nothing would happen.

I have also seen it. It's a bug that happens if you have aerie in your runes and then you buy ludens echo and the new item ( dont remember the name )
He is exploiting a bug, on the pbe exploiting bugs is allowed because they use it to fix the bugs.
It seems to be because of the zero gold protobelt-icon item in the shop. I've noticed that spam clicking the item grants 10/100 stacks of a luden's charge per cast. This is how people are just resetting ludens every time they proc it :X
