Vi Glitch Issue

While playing a ranked game with , I had an issue were i would press Q it would not work. I died and respawned but still did not work. I reconnected and it started working again but only to find out my didn't work. I knew it wasn't my keyboard because when i pressed it i can still hear the in game sound of pressing that button. I had to reconnect twice before everything started working normally.

If it matters i noticed it after i Ulted an enemy champion. Or it could of been possible after i bought a . I wonder if anyone else had this issue with or just in general with champions.
