FPS drops when leveling ultimate and other various interactions

I have noticed that when leveling your ultimate you get a really large fps drop when doing so,I dont know if this is wide spread but this is definitely a thing that happens to me,also the fps drops considerably when tabbing to check scores.

Try running a virus scan, and changing your video settings and see if that works. If it doesn't, try repairing the League client and testing it out again. :)
