Can't get into queues on any accounts

I usually try to play a practice tool when new patches come out before I play norms (since I often times run into some kind of bugs during my first loading screen) & surely enough, it held me at 0 seconds of champ select this time around.

After exiting my client & trying again, it now gives me an error claiming that I'm already in game when I try to load back into a practice tool. Also, when I try to load into a pvp game, it gives me a different error.

Any solutions?

EDIT: Currently attempting to repatch. Will let you know if that fixes it. EDIT #2: Repatching didn't work.
