Mordekaiser W on Aram not functioning [GAMEPLAY],

On ARAM, Mordekaisers' W was only applying to the closest ally instead of the targeted ally. This was immensely frustrating as you couldn't really play with a major part of his kit not working. After a quick google search, plenty of others have reported this same issue, but have gotten no response. PLEASE fix a neat champion so he isn't completely useless in an entire game mode.
