[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Heightened Senses prevents enemy champion execute

On Quinn, using Heightened Senses on enemy champion that tries to execute gives kill to Quinn even if Quinn deals no damage or gives any cc to that champion. While champion with similar skills like Ashe does not

Get enemy champion (I tested with LeBlanc) close to Quinn Get Quinn use Heightened Senses near enemy champion Get enemy champion to die at turret Observe the kill is being granted to Quinn I've tried this over 2 games and this has happened each time, tried on Ashe which does not grant assist.
