Loading Screen stuck a 0% untill remake

Title and its getting very annoying now. Since this patch ive lost 2 games now. 1 because i was in loading screen until remake 2nd game i had to close the client while in loading screen to reconnect to finally get back in game with lanes already pushed and other players lvl 3.

Every patch i swear this gets worse.
