Bug report: Sylas in URF mode

When Sylas Hijack's Shyvana's ultimate, he transforms into a big dragon with shyvana's big dragon abilities, and his mana bar turns into a "fury" bar, which normally decays at a constant rate until the spells ends. Except in URF mode, where mana costs don't happen. In URF, he just stays a big dragon until he dies with his "fury" still at 99. Also, his shield isn't affected by the shield overcharge "buff" so its enormous.

For reference, the shield overcharge "buff" isn't only to sylas; lulu and lee sin also seem to not have it. They may have removed it entirely.
