New Jungle "Patience" Bug

Hey so I play master yi and fizz jungle and sometimes if you use their untargetable move on it master yi q and fizz e then then the jungle monster will instantly become impatient and heal to full even if you almost had it killed and were standing next to it. plz fix why did u implemented this patience anyway you freaking nerfed devourer when we need that shit to kill these "juggernauts"
