[REPLAY CLIENT] Abilities don't pause with client

When using the replay client, and pausing a replay, it doesn't pause the ability and summoner spell cooldowns when you pause the replay.

Example: Paused game, Screenshot 1 Waited.. didn't unpause Screenshot 2
