Mastery Level 6 Token

I had received a S+ on Bard at level 5, and given a message that "I received a Mastery Level 6 Token for Bard" However in my crafting tab the Token is not there. I have reloaded and exited the game and the error is still there. I do have a picture of the game (However it doesn't want to attached). So I request that I do receive my level 6 bard token. All I need and ask.
