Not receiving tokens after s or s+

Have recently received an s or s plus with Heimer and Teemo, however I did not get my tokens for level 7. Is this a known issue? Also pretty sure i should have gotten a Zyra token as well. No idea why I'm not getting them. There is no where on the support page to ask about this either. Anyone else having this problem.
