Heimer turret stops firing. Known issue since season, uh yeah since he was made. Pls DO NOT fix!!!!!

Hi RIot, please DO NOT fix the heimer bug where randomly (or perhaps through machinations in Rito code) the turrets decide not to fire. This IS NOT a bug according to Riot bug rules which say only a bug can be a bug. (only Khazix is a bug). Therefore, please continue ignoring this "anomaly" like you are pressured by process to do. And we all know that process is the divine ruler which must always be follwed. Ain't nobody got time to fix things. We only have time to make new skins. Rito, carry on.
