promotion games gone missing...

a couple of days ago i won 1 and lost 1 promoation game towards bronze I. today i won my next ranked game, and then i get a box saying im eligible for promotion..or words to that effect. looking at my ranked page, ALL my promotion games are missing. its as if they never happened.. i now have to win 2 of 3 games AGAIN to get to next division. someone please fix ?
