Syndra Ult CD visual bug

I have noticed that when you use Syndra's ultimate. It goes on CD as it should but the ability icon shows it as if it were almost done with recharging. This issue has been present in at least 5.21. I have not been able to check in 5.23 yet but reading patchnotes nothing said about it being fixed. Can anyone else confirm this?
