I did NOT sent a freidn request, I just got the first new message pop up and there he is, looked him up, and he's on EUW...Riot...I'm on E U N E. I sent a ticket about strangers on my list awhile ago and they assured me that nothing was wrong, I believed them, but now, I don't. This doesn't make any fucking sense. How the fuck do I get a person FROM A DIFFERENT SERVER.

You can now get and send friend requests with people on different servers! That's why they did the whole username change thing a while back. It makes things better for when they add more games
