Level-Up visual bug[GAMEPLAY]

A visual bug where the + symbol of the level up stays after leveling up. Reproducability: 100%

Step 1: Control + click on the level up manually , and hold both buttons down. Step 2: Drag the mouse, so the game registers it as ctrl+drag,which is in default a way to ping, you will normally see a ping bubble pop up, but don't release Step 3: Press the ability you want to level up(for example : q). It will level-up because the default shortcut for leveling is ctrl + q, the other abilities will become unlevelable, and their 'plus' goes away. But not the ability you just leveled , since you are still holding it with your mouse. Step 4: Release your mouse, it will ping.

Result: The 'plus' above the ability will stay. This will persist the entire game, even if you level up normally later, making it very confusing when you actually can level and what you can level.

Conclusion: A weird visual bug that is very unlikely to have any impact on the gameplay whatsoever, but I thought I'd share it , since I discovered it.
