Gameplay bug, Fizz

Pls enlighten me if it has been patched, but I got hit by a auto attack (and maybe spells, cant remember) while halfthrough my e as Fizz. When i say halfthrough i actually mean right that moment where you can flash with your first activation with Fizz, and deal damage on a different area than supposed to.

This bug happened 2 times in 1 game, the 11th of september, for me. I cant remember who killed me the first time, but i definetely died excactly when my e gave me the option to reactivate for Fizz 2nd jump. The 2nd time the bug occured was with Blitzcranks e (powerfist) knocked me up even though i was in my e. I am sure i didnt let Fizz fall without reactivating the 2nd jump because i were going to reactivate it to get away.

I dont know how you can reproduce it, but it happened 2 times in 1 game, so it should be common enough. I guess you can attackmove with blitzcranks e activated right when Fizz´ 2nd e is gonna start, or just lock Blitzcrank in attackmove to Fizz before he actives hiw 1st jump with e, but while standing right beside him.

The real bug with Fizz is his Q, where if you Q someone right next to a hard wall, it will do no damage. For proof, you can go to raptors, have the raptor right next to the wall and Q to him. Does no damage, repeatable many times. In fact, if you flash away after fizz visually hit you but before the spell ends, it does no damage either.

The problem with Q is that no actual collision detection which means the spell has a lot of issues. Riot decided to change Q so that if it doesn't visually hit it doesn't do damage (when it always hit) now is the opposite where actually hitting the person visually doesn't mean you actually do the damage. The spell, unlike every other skill shot, checks at the very end of the spell which is when fizz completes urchin strike to whether a target is 550 (range of Q) + a little extra cushion of his starting point. If not, does no damage. Which runs into the problem of people blinking out before the spell ends AFTER it hits and dealing a whooping zero damage.

So basically, if you Q someone point blank and they gap open out of range before the spell ends (most apparent with instant porters like kass, leblanc and Zed etc), it will do zero damage even if you are inside or past the target urchin striking through them. It's the only spell in the game that doesn't hit the target when it visually hits. If the target collides with fizz in any fashion, it should do its damage 100% of the time. Very poor gameplay and coding but not surprised that Riot hasn't fixed it yet; they tend to overlook things when acting in haste.
