My borther sent me a mystery gift and I recieved Galio . Usualy that is fine, but the isue there is that I already own Galio . At first it didnt actualy cost him any RP, but when he signed out, the game updated and took the RP that was spent on the gift. I got nothing and my brother lost some RP. His username is SF1093

He was on the last Free Rotation. Your only recorded games on Galio were from then, so it's pretty easy to determine that you don't own him, but possibly planned to, and since you played him for Free you thought you already bought him.

In this case I would highly suggest you to contact the player support which you can find next to the "LOGOUT" button at the top-right.
