Character unable to move after new patch

Hi all! After this recent patch on my mac. I have games were my character does not move at all. I have lost 2 ranked games duo to this. I have tried unistalling, full client repair, I know its not a mouse issue. This happened to me twice after new patch and now before I do a ranked game I tested a custome game same issue. My champ does not move when I click everything else works like shop, setting, skill level up ect. Tried even changing some of the settings in client nothing seems to work. :(
